Licensed psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNP) who are like-minded, with an entrepreneurial mindset are encouraged to apply.

Currently, we are investing $50,000+ in each of our providers in order to acquire them a baseline clientele that returns monthly. In other words, we are literally investing in you and your future. Continuity of care is vital for our clients, so the relationship you have on the first visit is built throughout your client’s treatment journey with you and you alone.

We treat all psychiatric issues, including addiction so all applicants are required to have buprenorphine training.

If you have, or will get a 1099, have an entrepreneurial mindset and are ready to earn, we are ready to talk. We do not hire salaried employees. Your income is percentage based and you have the incentive to grow to $200,000+ per year.

• Valid license in Florida to practice medicine & DEA license.
• Willing to obtain other licensures in the following states – OH, NM, WY and other states as may be required – at company expense.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8am – 8pm EST (make your own hours)

$200,000+
Percentage based to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

• Work as little or as much as you want
• Provide diagnosis of Opioid Use Disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions
• Safely and effectively start psychiatric medication intervention and/or treatment with medications such as buprenorphine-naloxone for OUD, manage the early induction and stabilization phase of care with close follow-up
• Utilize motivational interviewing and other engagement and rapport-building techniques to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate additional services as may be needed
• Take an active role in clinical team meetings and practice improvement, engage in case discussion with colleagues
• Develop a thorough understanding of practice policies and procedures, and actively participate in P&P feedback and development
• Develop an understanding of your local and regional referral resources and utilize them
• Utilize our intuitive web-based EMR platform to manage patient care.
• Work from anywhere in your state (subject to change depending on regulations).

• Valid license to practice medicine & DEA license. Must be eligible and willing to obtain licenses in multiple states.
• Strong communication skills, ability to build an effective provider-patient relationship that fosters engagement and adherence to a collaboratively developed care plan.
• Comfort with risk/benefit balancing and a love for problem solving are required attributes.
• Motivational Interviewing experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
