Field Service Technician

This is a full-time hybrid role located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, allowing for a mix of on-site and work-from-home flexibility. The Field Service Technician will perform on-site pest control treatments, assess client properties for pest activity, and communicate recommendations for long-term prevention. Additional responsibilities include maintaining service records, delivering excellent customer service, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and driving company-provided vehicles to client locations.

• Knowledge of pest control techniques, environmental safety standards, and proper use of treatment equipment
• Strong communication and customer service skills to address client concerns and explain pest control strategies effectively
• Basic technical and mechanical skills for maintenance and calibration of equipment
• Time management and organizational skills for efficient route planning and accurate recordkeeping
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Pest control certification or willingness to obtain necessary certifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or experience in pest control or agriculture is a plus (but not required)
