Overview

Electrical Assessor (Full training provided) – Stevenage

Salary: £38,000–£41,000 per year + full training provided + bonuses + excellent pension + mileage + 34 days holiday (can be taken anytime during the year).

• Assessing apprentices completing their electrical apprenticeship
• Guide, mentor and support apprentices on a 1-to-1 basis to help them develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to become fully qualified electricians
• Coaching and mentoring role with a focus on development rather than classroom teaching
• Manage your own diary with a strong work-life balance
• Opportunity to work from home four days a week and take holidays flexibly throughout the year
• Role includes progression opportunities into more senior positions

• Must live within a commutable distance of Stevenage
• Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition qualification
• Keen to move into an assessing and mentoring role
