At JLL, we offer exciting career opportunities in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning). As an HVAC professional, you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems in commercial buildings. You will ensure optimal comfort, air quality, and energy efficiency for our clients by conducting inspections, performing repairs, coordinating equipment upgrades, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

As an electrician, you will install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in commercial buildings. You will work with a team of professionals to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and controls, by conducting inspections, troubleshooting, and performing upgrades.

You will maintain and repair various building systems, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general facility maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, responding to work orders, and resolving maintenance issues efficiently and effectively to keep client facilities safe and comfortable.

As an operating engineer, you will operate, maintain, and repair mechanical systems in commercial buildings—HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. You will conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and assist in managing building automation systems.

We are hiring mobile maintenance professionals to provide responsive and efficient maintenance services across multiple locations. You will travel to various sites to conduct HVAC checks, equipment repairs, and general facility maintenance, ensuring client operations remain uninterrupted.
