• Set up and monitor cost control systems, ensuring compliance with contracts requiring validated cost schedule control systems
• Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management, providing fact-finding and negotiation support
• Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines
• Execute Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development and cost risk analysis
• Maintain databases for program control and assist in overall program setup and execution

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of professional experience or Master’s degree with 1+ years of professional experience
• Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with financial analysis or reporting
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Experience with Costpoint

• Certification in project management or related field
• Prior experience in a federal contracting environment
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain government clearance
