Remote Cybersecurity Expert; OSCP - AI Trainer

Mercor is seeking experienced cybersecurity professionals for a premier project with one of the world's top AI labs.

In this role, you will apply your cybersecurity expertise to review and assess content for potential security concerns. This pilot engagement focuses on pattern recognition and security analysis in a cutting‑edge AI context.

• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, web security, and common attack patterns
• Experience in offensive cybersecurity, CTFs, or penetration testing (OSCP Certification required)
• Ability to utilize Python and/or other data analysis tools and interact with large databases
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• High attention to detail and pattern recognition skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent proficiency in English
• Currently based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, UK, or Australia
• Ability to pass an enhanced background check

This is a short‑term pilot sprint in late February with potential to expand based on results. Exact dates will be confirmed closer to the start date.

You will complete a short interview and questionnaire to assess your domain expertise. You will be paid for up to 1 hour of onboarding time, including the screening process and a few onboarding videos, if hired.
