- Master’s degree in Law.
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (oral, written, legal).
- 4+ years of professional experience.
- Exceptional analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex, multi‑jurisdictional regulations into concise and practical advice.
- Deep expertise in financial regulations and the international compliance landscape.
- International experience, with a strong understanding of and ability to analyze the regulatory frameworks in the US, EU, Asia, or MENA.
- A "business‑enabler" mindset, focused on finding pragmatic solutions, managing risk, and enabling growth.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to partner effectively with non‑legal stakeholders (product managers, business leads).
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
- Proactively monitor legislation, proposed regulations, and regulator positions across key international jurisdictions (US, EU, Asia, MENA).
- Develop and manage an "early warning system" to identify and communicate regulatory risks and strategic opportunities to business and product teams.
- Prepare regular analytical reviews, memos, and executive summaries on new regulations, translating complex legal text into clear business impact.
- Serve as the primary legal point for new product development, identifying legal risks, applicable regulations, IP issues, and financial requirements from concept to launch.
- Conduct deep‑dive analysis of licensing and compliance requirements for new products and services, including KYC/AML, financial services, tokenization, derivatives, custody, and staking.
- Perform comparative legal analysis of different jurisdictions to support strategic decisions on market entry and recommend optimal legal and corporate structures.
- Develop and implement strategies for adapting new and existing products to meet evolving regulatory requirements.
- Provide clear "legal input" for project teams, including the development of product launch checklists and compliance frameworks.
- Advise operational and corporate teams on implementing internal process changes in response to new regulations.
- Conduct legal background checks and comprehensive due diligence on new partners and key counter parties.
- Create and maintain a centralized knowledge base for all legal research, analysis, and regulatory guidance.
