Position: Talent Attraction Partner (Contract)

Why this role?

As an Enterprise GTM Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in shaping how modern organizations build and secure software at scale by hiring the talent that drives our revenue and customer success. You’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team and help drive our mission to embed security into every part of the AI-native development lifecycle.

This is a high-impact opportunity to own the end-to-end talent strategy for our most critical GTM functions, focusing on the specialized professionals who help our customers navigate the complex world of App Sec and Dev Sec Ops .

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-complexity GTM roles including Enterprise Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Technical Success Managers (TSM) from idea to execution.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and post sales leadership to align hiring strategies with our evolving product roadmap and regional growth goals.

  • Target and engage candidates who understand the nuances of the developer-first security market.

  • Influence our GTM strategy by providing market insights and data-driven recommendations on talent availability and compensation trends within the AI security space.

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify "Champions" within the recruitment process, ensuring a high-touch, consultative experience for every candidate.

  • Use our AI-powered tools and modern sourcing platforms to build diverse pipelines of customer facing talent.

  • Drive high-quality outcomes by evaluating candidates not just for skill, but for their ability to articulate the value of Snyk to C-suite and engineering leadership.

What You Bring:
  • 5–10 years of in-house recruiting experience specifically within the developer tooling, App Sec, AI or SaaS infrastructure space.

  • Proven track record of hiring technical GTM talent, including Solutions Engineers and Technical Success Managers who have deep Dev Sec Ops /AISec awareness.

  • Strong understanding of the developer-first security market and the ability to speak the language of "shift left" and automated security workflows.

  • Curiosity, initiative, and a bias for action in a fast-paced environment where AI is constantly reshaping the landscape.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to maintain executive presence when partnering with senior leadership.

  • Location:

    You are based in Boston or London and excited to collaborate in person at our office 3 days a week.

It’d Be Awesome If You Also…
  • Have hands-on experience recruiting for roles that require MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.

  • Contribute to local Boston developer or HR communities and love building networks through industry events.

  • Have a sense of humor — we take our mission seriously, but not ourselves!

Compensation: $70-80 USD per hour
