This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mobile Security Guard, based in Basingstoke with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include performing mobile patrols, conducting security checks, ensuring the safety of personnel and property, responding to emergencies, writing incident reports, and maintaining a professional presence. The role requires frequent interaction with clients and the public, showcasing excellent customer service while upholding security protocols.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to effectively communicate and interact with clients and the public
• Proficiency in Physical Security and Personnel Security practices to ensure the safety of individuals and property
• Experience or knowledge in Private and Mobile Security operations
• Reliable decision-making abilities, quick response skills, and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Security industry accreditation or certification is an advantage
