ISRT Warfighting Requirements Analyst to join our team providing direct support to the Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I) Information Warfare (IW) Training Team. In this comprehensive role, you will perform in-depth analysis of C4
ISRT system capabilities, war fighting doctrine, and fleet readiness data to identify training gaps and develop tailored training solutions. You will evaluate war fighting doctrine, TTPs, and Navy Mission Essential Tasks (NMETs) to ensure training aligns with operational requirements. The C4
ISRT Warfighting Requirements Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing fleet proficiency by translating complex operational data and readiness trends into actionable training requirements for the warfighter.
Location:
This role is in San Diego, CA.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with DoD systems analysis or operational requirements analysis
- 7+ years of experience with Navy C4
ISRT systems in an operational or analytical capacity, including Electronic Warfare (EW), Cryptology (CRY), or Intelligence (INTEL) - Experience performing trend analysis on system trouble tickets or casualty reports (CASREPs)
- Experience with the Navy training development process, including knowledge of OPNAVINST 1500.76 series and NAVEDTRA 142 series instructions
- Demonstrated ability to analyze war fighting doctrine (TTPs, NMETLs) to identify capability gaps
- Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field required
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience working with Platform Type Commanders (TYCOMs), NAVIFOR, or Fleet assessment teams (ATG, IWTG)
- Knowledge of the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP) and Mission Area Assessment Review (MAAR) process
- Experience developing metrics to assess mission area readiness
- Experience briefing senior military and civilian leadership
- Strong analytical thinking and technical writing skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
Work Model
This position is listed as onsite at government facilities. You'll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for the specific role. There are limited opportunities for remote work and flexible hours during the work week, as approved by the Contract Program Manager.
