Work with electric utilities in the UK to deliver a more affordable, reliable, and cleaner electric grid.

We are seeking a Client Engagement Manager to join our customer-focused team, playing a critical role in helping utilities in the UK meet the competing demands of exploding load growth and customer affordability. You will build trusted relationships with our utility clients while implementing Line Vision’s leading grid intelligence technologies. As part of our highly collaborative team of professionals, you will have ample opportunities for growth.

Core Responsibilities and Key Performance Objectives

• Lead high-profile grid monitoring projects throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to value delivery
• Ensure that our top-tier transmission operator accounts realize value from our technology and achieve their goals related to lower costs, reduced emissions, and improved reliability
• Establish trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders within transmission operator organizations
• Capture shared value by mapping our solutions to pain points and expanding our client relationships
• Collaborate with teams such as Operations, Solutions Engineering, Data Science, and Product to enhance our offerings and scale our processes for rapid growth

Within the first 3 months:

• Build a strong foundational knowledge of our clients, our products, and our market
• Take ownership of our UK engagements

Within the first 6 months:

• Build relationships across multiple stakeholders within designated accounts
• Align internal and external stakeholders to drive complex engagements to successful completion

Within the first year:

• Work with clients to identify areas of opportunity to deliver increased value
• Contribute to the shared knowledge growth of the team
• Proactively share ideas for improving our tools and processes to increase customer satisfaction, reduce operational cost, increase scale, etc
