Schedule: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM | Sunday–Thursday

The SOC Operator plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients through centralized monitoring and response operations. This position is responsible for:

• Law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording
• Alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems
• Emergency dispatch and response coordination
• Incident reporting and analysis
• Remote alarm panel programming and monitoring
• CCTV and camera monitoring as required

• Overnight shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• Days:
  Sunday through Thursday
• Pay rate: $22.40 per hour

• Security experience is required
• SOC (Security Operations Center) experience is preferred
• Experience in roles such as Dispatch, Call Center Representative, or Camera Monitoring is a strong plus
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm in high‑pressure situations
