As an Identity & Access Governance Expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing INNIO’s enterprise-wide IAM vision. This role focuses on strategic oversight, governance, and architectural alignment of identity services with business and security objectives. While primarily strategic, the position also requires hands‑on involvement in key areas to ensure secure and effective implementation.

- Lead the design and governance of IAM systems, including user provisioning, role‑based access control, and integration with internal workflows
- Drive the implementation and lifecycle of privileged access management (PAM) solutions such as Cyber Ark EPM, including rollout planning and validation
- Define and enforce Zero Trust architecture principles, including MFA, password‑less authentication (e.g., Yubi Key, WHFB), and device compliance strategies
- Oversee secure identity lifecycle processes and ensure alignment with compliance and audit requirements
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align IAM initiatives with business and security objectives
- Implement risk mitigations identified by the Audit team
- Provide subject matter expertise and act as an escalation point for identity‑related issues
- Maintain and evolve technical documentation and knowledge‑sharing resources
- Participate in high‑priority incident response and change advisory board (CAB) activities to ensure secure and timely resolution of critical issues
- Proven experience in IAM, PAM, and cloud security architecture
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Entra , and workflow automation tools
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles and secure authentication methods
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into secure solutions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on execution, when required
