Front of House Officer

At Ravensbourne University we are looking for a Front of House Officer / Security Operative to play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming environment for our staff, students, and visitors. Our Front of House team is the first point of contact for everyone on campus, ensuring security and delivering outstanding customer service.

You'll work on a rotating shift pattern (morning, day, and late shifts) across three buildings located just minutes apart. Your responsibilities will include reception duties, campus patrols, and being a visible, approachable presence for our community.

Please note:

This role requires working across Ravensbourne buildings on a weekly shift roster, Monday to Saturday, 7am-11pm.
