Global regulatory compliance with e-invoicing and CTC (continuous transaction control) mandates presents a formidable and ongoing challenge for multinationals. The landscape of regulations governing indirect tax and the application of tax technologies is expanding but often involves a lack of uniformity among different regulatory bodies. This complexity, fragmentation, and evolving nature of compliance requirements necessitates a dedicated and knowledgeable team.

• Analyze and investigate requirements and legislation in markets that Pagero plans to enter
• Maintain and monitor up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements in markets that Pagero currently supports
• Create compliance related content, including blogs and updates, for internal and external readers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to launch new markets including integration, marketing, delivery, and more departments
• Present Pagero’s compliance solutions and relevant business cases to customers, curated for both technical and c-level audiences
• Address queries from internal and external stakeholders, ranging from simple to complex

• At least 1-3 years of experience in e-invoicing/CTC, tax technology and/or indirect tax.
• Applicants with legal or compliance experience in digital, privacy and/or security areas, and the readiness to apply that knowledge to digital settings, as well as to learn new skills, will be considered.
• Relevant academic degree: ex. Business, Law, Economics, or similar with relevant work experience
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and document information clearly.
• Proficient with MS Office, comfortable with agentic AI and other planning and visualization tools
• Successfully pass an extended background check (criminal and credit).

• Knowledge of other languages is highly merited, including French, German, Arabic, Mandarin and more (preferred, but not required)
• Experience in ERP, B2B and data integration including solutions such as managed services (preferred, but not required)
