- Develop and manage the global Legal Compliance communication program, including newsletters and promotional events
- Assist in monitoring third-party compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Coordinate data gathering and analysis for the annual compliance and ethics risk assessment
- Help develop and maintain Legal Compliance program policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to standards
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years in a corporate ethics and compliance function
- Familiarity with compliance-related laws and regulations (e.g., Foreign Corrupt Practices Act)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Analytical skills and the ability to demonstrate critical thinking
- Quantitative skills necessary to analyze data
- Experience with or interest in Data Privacy
- Experience in the life sciences and/or related industry sector
