We are seeking an experienced Medical Reviewer/Safety Reviewer III to conduct comprehensive medical reviews of commercial and scientific materials for international markets. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and an understanding of global standards to ensure compliance and accuracy.
ResponsibilitiesConduct medical review of commercial and scientific materials for international markets.
Verify accuracy of references and ensure compliance with global standards.
Identify discrepancies and collaborate with agency partners to resolve them.
Participate in discussions when escalations or disagreements arise.
Review both internal and external documents, absorbing internal pieces if workload becomes too heavy.
Manage all commercial material reviews outside the US, supporting international teams.
Review materials such as sales aids, educational programs, and medical institute materials, with a focus on Botox but open to candidates with broader OUS review experience.
Minimum of 2 years of OUS (Outside the US) medical review experience.
Understanding of international regulatory frameworks with the ability to review with minimal training.
Ability to work collaboratively to find solutions.
Scientific rigor with the ability to quickly onboard new products.
Skills & Qualifications
Neuroscience background is a plus but not required.
Experience with Botox or neurotoxin therapies is advantageous.
PhD, MD, or equivalent medical degree preferred, but strong experience is valued over education.
Ability to review materials in Veeva.
Strong scientific background with excellent communication skills.
Ability to evaluate references, verify accuracy, and ensure compliance.
Experience working independently and managing a flexible, asynchronous workload.
This position is remote, allowing for a flexible work environment. The role involves reviewing content housed in Veeva, and requires the ability to manage an asynchronous workload.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Remote, OR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $53.00 - $61.00/hr.
