Referral Specialist

Employer Industry: Clinical Research

• Opportunity for career advancement and growth within an established global Referral team
• Home-based position with regular travel required
• Play a key role in enhancing the skills and effectiveness of referring physicians
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful project implementation
• Contribute to innovative referral programs that impact medical science

• Build and manage a country-specific network of referring physicians across various therapeutic areas
• Identify and select physicians, providing training and support throughout the referral process
• Plan and conduct regular visits to referring physicians, documenting discussions and objectives
• Provide ongoing support to referring physicians and their teams for task execution
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Legal departments for referral process implementation

• College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent education, training, and experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
• Experience working in the clinical research industry
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with physicians and/or investigators
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently

• Experience in Oncology and/or Gastroenterology
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
