Environmental Professional; Analyst | Remote in SoCal

• Support Project Managers in project tasks to ensure profitability and service excellence
• Prepare project descriptions and provide coastal permitting support
• Assist with program tracking, data management, and quality assurance tasks
• Research environmental statutes and ensure compliance with regulations
• Conduct environmental analysis and interact with clients and company professionals

• BS or MS in planning, environmental science, biology, ecology, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in environmental compliance roles in California
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in computer-aided software (Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, ArcGIS, etc.)

• Knowledge of current environmental regulations including CESA, FESA, CEQA, and NEPA
• Willingness to perform fieldwork, such as posting signs
• Experience conducting preconstruction surveys, like nesting bird surveys
