• Serve as the main contact for sponsors, CROs, and PI sites on assigned studies
• Conduct administrative reviews of protocol/site submissions, ensuring compliance with requirements
• Document and execute client customizations and manage change requests for approved protocols
• Maintain vendor relations and documentation for foreign language translations
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to minimize errors and ensure timely customer responses

• Two (2) years of experience in an IRB or clinical research setting with knowledge of human subject protection regulations
• Intermediate computer skills, particularly with MS Office Suite, especially Word and Outlook
• Ability to effectively utilize proprietary systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

• Certification as an IRB Professional (CIP) or willingness to obtain CIP within one (1) year of eligibility
