Clinical Specialist - Home Office

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Specialist you will provide clinical case support in cath‑lab, for our highly regarded and market‑leading AORTIC endovascular products across Italy.
You will consult with vascular surgeons and interventional radiologists and have responsibility for reading CT films, case planning, device sizing and selection.
Furthermore you will support the deployment of our products during complex medical procedures, consulting closely with the surgeon.
With responsibility for product training you will work with a range of hospital staff, maintaining and building these important relationships.
As a product expert, you will become a key contact for our customers.

Required Qualifications

Engineering degree, ideally in Biomedical Engineering.
Experience in working in the implantable medical device industry (in particular in supporting aortic endovascular procedures), and proven clinical skills within the operating theatre or cath lab. will be a plus
You possess a genuine clinical interest and are committed to successful patient outcomes.
As a team player, you will interact regularly with other clinical specialists, the sales team, and work effectively with a broad group of highly diverse individuals.
Importantly you will show real flexibility, combined with a sense of urgency.
Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
The role requires extensive weekly travel up to 90% within Italy.
