• Develop and maintain maintenance training records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Deliver various training programs, including New Hire and Aircraft Model Specific training, to the maintenance department
• Coordinate factory, recurrent, and continuing education training sessions
• Assist maintenance employees with general training questions and needs
• Collaborate with the Manager of Maintenance Training to develop and implement recurrent training programs

• Minimum of 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a CFR part 135 Air EMS environment
• 2 years of recent experience with RAMCO and maintaining the Pilatus PC-12 airplane
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs and push/pull over 100 lbs

• Experience in a supervisory, project manager, or inspector role
• Factory trained or equivalent on the Pilatus PC-12 airplane
• Prior maintenance training experience in the fixed-wing industry and/or Methods of Instruction training (MOI)
