We are currently looking to add a dynamic Senior Associate Consultant to our passionate team of environmental professionals.
Job Duties- Inspect a wide range of habitats and infrastructure, and assess their condition, health and functionality according to client specifications.
- Understand and apply, per client specifications, applicable regulations and compliance standards.
- Write proposals and develop bids.
- Attend and represent the company at conferences, trade shows, symposiums and other industry functions and communicate industry and market intelligence within the company.
- Be an industry leader and promote the expertise of the company by performing a range of activities including giving presentations and working on industry related boards and committees.

Qualifications:
An individual must be able to perform each essential job duty consistently and satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- Professional Wetland Scientist Certification:
To qualify, applicants must have a Baccalaureate degree or higher and at least 5 years of full-time professional experience in relevant fields such as consulting, industry, non‑profit, public, or academic sectors. - SCAWWA:
Certification Required. Ability to travel within the U.S. (travel costs to be paid by the company). - Ability to work flexible hours at home office.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently and/or as part of a larger team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage teammates with a positive attitude to support teamwork, solutions, and quality products and client deliverables.
- High proficiency in English (writing and speaking) is required.
- Working knowledge of computers and GIS systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Pro (PDF) is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
