- Investigate and resolve testing concerns reported by examinees, synthesizing information from multiple sources
- Evaluate and report on vendor performance related to test delivery, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions
- Analyze post-exam survey data to assess testing experience and vendor performance
- Monitor outstanding investigation items to ensure testing concerns are resolved prior to score release
- Collaborate with team members to uphold testing policies and document decisions and rationales
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize information and identify patterns
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with vendors and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in a testing or educational assessment environment
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
- Knowledge of medical education or related fields
- Experience in customer service or client relations
- Strong problem-solving skills
