We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and results-driven Multi-Channel Manager to join our Sales Team reporting General Manager, Germany & Austria, collaborating closely to shape the region’s strategic sales direction and drive commercial success. Essential duties and responsibilities where you ll make the biggest impact…- Achieve and exceed sales targets within your defined territory or as directed by your line management.
- Develop and execute annual territory and account plans using the Evolus CRM system to track progress and optimize strategy.
- Utilize the Evolus Service Platform (eSP) to support healthcare provider (HCP) marketing, medical education, and practice management needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Medical Affairs Clinicians (MAC) and local opinion leaders (LOL) to highlight the scientific data and the clinical benefits of Evolus products (per approved indications).
- Sell company products within your designated territory through sales presentations, promotional activities, and educational events.
- Create and implement a tailored commercial strategy and account plan for each client, ensuring the right level of support and resource allocation.
- Analyse sales data, customer segments, growth drivers, competitive actions, and market potential on a regular basis.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity, ensuring you’re always up to date with market developments.
- Attend key national, regional, and company sales meetings as required to stay aligned with company goals and objectives
- Contribute to regional business planning by providing insights from customer feedback and company data into the International/European planning process.
- Ensure accurate tracking of activities by recording all relevant information weekly in the CRM system.
- Maintain personal and company compliance with local regulations and internal policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on clinic data related to our products to provide informed support to customers and remain a valuable resource.
- Remote role with flexibility to balance work and personal life, while staying connected with the team.
- Travel opportunities (up to 50%) to meet customers, support key business initiatives, attend industry events, and engage with stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned
- 5 years of relevant experience in aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or related sales fields required
- Full clean driving license required.
- Passionate about building, innovating, and iterating in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Effective communicator, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Fluency in both business English and German, with the ability to communicate inclusively and effectively in both written and spoken forms
- Must hold valid Pharmareferent accreditation
