Licensed Inbound Sales Center Insurance Agent, Personal Lines

Overview

Insurance sales opportunity with training and potential for performance-based incentives. Flexible hybrid or remote work schedule based on proximity to office locations.

• Manage an average of 30+ inbound calls per day focused on quality customer interactions and sales execution
• Provide insurance recommendations, quotes, and issue policies to clients
• Utilize active listening and critical thinking to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Complete daily assignments and training requirements to achieve success in the program
• Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism in the workplace

• Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience with comfort in negotiating and overcoming objections
• Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling 30-40 inbound calls daily
• Capability to maintain state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team in a distraction-free environment

• Bilingual (Spanish-English) skillset
• Experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales
• Familiarity with high-speed broadband internet requirements

• Salary up to $69,333
• Opportunity to earn additional monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses along with sales incentives
• 11 weeks of paid training with preparation for licensing exam
