• Hourly rate of $25, with potential for monthly earnings of $500+ and top earners exceeding $2000
• Opportunity for bonuses and sales incentives, including a 10% shift differential for post-training hours
• 11 weeks of paid training, including preparation for obtaining a Property and Casualty Personal Lines insurance license

• Manage an average of 30+ inbound calls daily, focusing on quality customer interactions and sales execution
• Provide insurance recommendations, quotes, and issue policies based on customer needs
• Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to analyze customer requests and provide appropriate solutions
• Complete daily assignments, including training materials, online courses, and exams, to meet success standards
• Adhere to the employer's policies and procedures, maintaining professionalism in the workplace

• Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience, preferably in Insurance, Retail, or Banking
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling 30-40 inbound calls daily
• Strong capability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable
• High-speed broadband internet with specified upload/download speeds; distraction-free environment essential

• Sales experience specifically in Insurance or Inbound sales is highly preferred
• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is a plus
