- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls
- Capability to maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships
- Strong independent and team collaboration skills
- Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is a plus
- Experience in a customer-facing role that requires a distraction-free environment
