• Manage an average of 30 inbound calls per day, focusing on quality customer interactions and sales execution
• Provide insurance recommendations, quotes, and issue policies
• Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Complete daily assignments and adhere to established standards for success in the program
• Maintain professionalism and adherence to the employer's employment policies and procedures

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, preferably in Insurance, Retail, or Banking
• Ability to handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a fast-paced environment
• Capability to maintain all state licenses and terminate prior carrier relationships as applicable
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High-speed broadband cable internet service with specified minimum upload/download speeds

• Sales experience in insurance or inbound sales is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is advantageous
