• Manage the activities of the Inside Sales Representatives and implement sales and marketing programs to meet customer needs
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction on all sales transactions and assist in resolving unique customer issues
• Supervise Inside Sales Department activities and ensure team members meet sales call activity goals
• Develop and execute training programs for Inside Sales Representatives, providing coaching and support as needed
• Maintain accurate customer records for all interactions, including prospect data, contracts, and service documentation

• Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) or a High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant work experience
• Three years of business-to-business sales management experience plus three years in direct business-to-business sales, or two years of inside sales management experience
• Proven success in a Level 4-6 sales position for three years
• Must reside and work in the U.S.

• Experience in sales in the waste management or environmental services industry
