What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve sales quotas in both new and existing accounts
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to ensure customer growth and retention
  • Deliver presentations to district-level stakeholders, showcasing the company s educational solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in K-12 education
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and provide market insights to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of a Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of successful business development, sales, and account management experience
  • Experience selling or working with technology-based curriculum products, preferably in literacy/reading
  • Deep knowledge of the K–12 education landscape, including funding cycles and decision-making hierarchies
  • Proven track record of sales goal attainment and managing a pipeline of opportunities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Existing contacts within the K-12 education sector in the assigned territory
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), MS Office, Google Suites, and video conferencing tools
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling product presentations to decision-makers
  • Collaborative mindset with experience in cross-functional teamwork
