Overview

What to Expect
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through key account closes and competitive conversions in the healthcare market
  • Communicate clinical and product knowledge effectively to stakeholders
  • Conduct effective customer needs assessments and develop appropriate solutions
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders within targeted accounts
  • Execute sales processes and coordinate opportunities internally and externally
What is Required
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel and Power Point
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably  or Dynamics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in wound care or surgical markets
  • Additional experience in Business to Business sales
  • Strong competitive drive and strategic thinking skills
  • Willingness to travel overnight and work flexible hours as needed
