Our Sales people are the growth drivers of our business. Account Managers are at the heart of our mission, responsible for renewing our existing client base and acting as an entrepreneur to uncover new business by cross-selling into new divisions of existing customers. Account Managers bring broad operational knowledge across departments while building and maintaining client relationships, overseeing accounts, and ensuring projects and services align with business goals.

At Zoom Info, we support multiple segments including:
Small-Market, Mid-Market, Enterprise, Strategic, and Leadership.

• Renew existing client base and act as an entrepreneur to uncover new business by cross-selling into new divisions of existing customers.
• Build and maintain client relationships, oversee accounts, and ensure projects and services align with business goals.
• Bring broad operational knowledge across departments to support customers.
• Support multiple segments including Small-Market, Mid-Market, Enterprise, Strategic, and Leadership.

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Location preferences:
  Waltham, MA (Boston area), Vancouver, WA, Bethesda, MD; remote positions or relocation considered in some cases.
