Responsibilities
  • Build and scale your own book of business using our established niche platforms and lead sources
  • Develop insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close deals
  • Grow revenue through phone, email, referrals, and warm prospect lists
  • Build your personal brand through social media with support from our marketing team
  • Hit production goals and milestones that put you on a path to $150K–$250K+ in revenue
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team of 10+ producers who push each other to be better
Requirements

  • You hold an active Property & Casualty license (required)
  • You have a proven sales track record — show us the receipts
  • You’re a self-starter who thrives without micromanagement
  • You’re coachable and hungry to learn, even when you’re already winning

  • You can negotiate, follow up relentlessly, and close
