, a proven consultative selling framework where we uncover the real pain, reframe the conversation, and create clear separation from competitors.

What You’ll Do
  • Prospect & Build Relationships – Make 150–200 dials/week to targeted decision-makers, focusing on quality over quantity.
  • Set & Run First-Time Appointments (FTAs) – Book and conduct 1–2 FTAs/week
    , with at least 5+ per week attended

  • Control the Sales Process – Always know “What happens next — and after what happens next” to maintain momentum.
  • Create Sales Separation – Clearly show why predictive

    IT is different and how our Technology Success process drives results.
  • Close New Business – Average 1-2 net-new client per month
    , achieving at least $5,000/month in new MRR
    .
  • Live the Playbook – Keep your sales pipeline clean, accurate, and moving forward every day.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven IT/MSP Sales Experience – You’ve successfully sold managed IT or cybersecurity services to SMBs.
  • Process-Driven Hunter – You follow a defined sales process and hit activity targets consistently.
  • Consultative Seller – You ask, listen, and guide rather than pitch.
  • Results-Oriented Closer – You measure success by signed deals and long-term client impact.
