What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the technical face of Adaptive Shield for prospective customers throughout the sales cycle
  • Maintain customer relationships, guiding them in discovering and expanding the use of Adaptive Shield
  • Provide technical value and support to prospective customers, addressing inquiries and demonstrating capabilities
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, support, and engineering teams to drive customer success and feedback
  • Contribute to defining and executing the go‑to‑market strategy for Adaptive Shield, exploring new opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre‑sales engineering role within the cybersecurity or cloud security industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of SaaS/Cloud platforms and security concepts
  • Experience with sales processes such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proven ability to create scalable processes, such as demo scripts or POV workflows
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset to continuously learn and improve
  • Strong problem resolution skills and a resourceful approach to challenges
  • Experience in evangelizing technology and acquiring new accounts
