• Sell the employer s platform and act as trusted advisors to C-Suite and senior leaders
• Engage with clients throughout the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
• Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
• Educate clients on product features and align solutions with their needs
• Develop and execute strategic plans for your territory, providing reliable forecasts

• 8+ years of sales experience, with 4 years in closing, ideally in SaaS
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Bachelor s degree
• Experience with , Linked In Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools
• Willingness to travel as necessary

• Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve outstanding results
• Experience in consultative sales of complex deals
