Location: NRW (Germany) or Silesia (Poland) – remote work possible in Poland and Germany

Start date: Immediately or by agreement

We are looking for a Textile technologist, not a trader in textile.

You will visit Textile producer in Poland and talk with the Development departments and present solutions from our product portfolio

  • To expand our presence in Poland and Eastern Europe, we’re looking for a Sales Manager with textile expertise and a hands‑on mindset.
Tasks

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow our sales activities in Poland and Eastern Europe
  • Manage and expand existing B2B customer relationships
  • Acquire new clients and identify business opportunities
  • Present and advise our product portfolio: decorative ribbons, bows, co-packing, contract sewing
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis
  • Negotiate offers, pricing, and contracts in close coordination with our german HQ
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and client meetings
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and production teams
Requirements
  • Degree in business, sales, textiles, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in decoration, textiles, or related industries
  • Strong knowledge of the Polish market and existing network is a plus
  • Fluent in Polish and German;
    English is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel across Poland and occasionally abroad
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation talent, and entrepreneurial mindset
