Overview

Account Manager – Healthcare Distribution (x3)

Remote based role but there will be regular field based travel.

Candidates must be able to drive

Package

Up to £35,000 basic salary

£550 per month car allowance

Extensive training and development provided

Axira Partners is supporting a growing healthcare distribution business with the appointment of three Account Managers to drive new business growth across Northern England.

Territories will cover Yorkshire, the North East and Lincolnshire, with final territory allocation confirmed once the three successful candidates have been appointed, ensuring balanced and manageable regions.

The Role

The focus of this role is winning new business and developing relationships with healthcare customers across your territory.

You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, opening new accounts and building long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and win new customer accounts across your territory
  • Develop relationships with pharmacies and healthcare providers
  • Drive revenue growth through new business activity and account development
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customers once accounts are opened
  • Deliver regular territory planning and pipeline activity
  • Represent the business professionally within the healthcare sector
Ideal Background

We are keen to speak with candidates who are:

  • Early in their sales career with 1–2 years B2B sales experience, or
  • Graduates with a relevant medical, life sciences or healthcare-related degree
