Inbound Sales Center Insurance Agent, Personal Lines

• Manage an average of 30 inbound calls per day, focusing on quality customer interactions and sales execution
• Provide insurance recommendations, quotes, and issue policies to clients
• Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Complete daily assignments and training tasks, including reading materials and online courses
• Adhere to the employer's employment policies and procedures, maintaining professionalism in the workplace

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, with a preference for experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking
• Ability to handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Must maintain all state licenses and terminate prior carrier relationships as applicable
• High‑speed broadband internet service with specified minimum speeds, with a distraction‑free work environment essential

• Experience in inbound sales is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish‑English skillset is advantageous
