Position: *5/18 START* Inbound Sales Center Insurance Agent, Personal Lines

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage an average of 30 inbound calls per day, focusing on quality customer interactions and sales execution
  • Provide insurance recommendations, quotes, and issue policies
  • Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Complete daily assignments and participate in training activities to achieve success standards
  • Adhere to company employment policies and maintain professionalism in the workplace
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, with a strong background in negotiating and overcoming objections
  • Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, handling 30-40 inbound calls per day
  • Capability to maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable
  • Strong independent and team‑working skills; must work in a distraction‑free environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bilingual Spanish‑English skillset is a plus
  • Experience in a metric‑driven, pay‑for‑performance sales environment
