• Provide world-class customer service and inbound phone sales to customers
• Answer questions from prospective customers regarding services and build rapport
• Close pest control sales via telephone and schedule initial services
• Manage customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service while identifying cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities
• Utilize gamification methods to measure performance and engagement

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of telesales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas
• At least 2 years of cold‑calling and/or telemarketing experience
• Ability to make 200+ phone calls per day
• High level of PC knowledge to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers

• Highly proficient math skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience working in a high‑volume sales environment
