• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of telesales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas
• Minimum of 2 years of cold-calling and/or telemarketing experience
• Ability to make over 200 phone calls per day
• High level of PC proficiency to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers

• Highly proficient math skills
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
