• Answer questions from prospective customers regarding pest control services
• Build rapport and handle objections during sales calls
• Close pest control sales via telephone and schedule initial services
• Manage customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
• Utilize gamification methods to measure performance and engage with the team

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of telesales experience with a proven track record of hitting sales quotas
• At least 2 years of cold-calling and/or telemarketing experience
• Ability to make 200+ phone calls per day
• Proficient in navigating multiple systems while interacting with customers

• Highly proficient math skills
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
