- Oversee all activities of the Sales department, ensuring accurate forecasting of monthly bookings and costs
- Attend and present at customer meetings and internal functions to support business development
- Generate new business while fostering relationships with existing clients, prospects, and consultants
- Meet or exceed sales metrics, managing P&L responsibilities and ensuring forecast predictability
- Develop quota and commission plans for the sales team and promote cross-selling of other business units
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales and/or the Utilities Industry
- Proven experience in growing and managing a sales team
- Comfortable presenting software solutions to executives and end users
- Strong leadership skills including decision-making and organizational abilities
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution
- Experience in the Utilities industry
- Proven financial management skills, including OPEX and P&L management
- Ability to manage multiple diverse projects and sales events simultaneously
- Demonstrated capability to drive significant outcomes with limited resources
