- Accountable for all activities of the Sales department, ensuring accurate forecasting of monthly bookings and costs
- Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal company functions to support business development
- Generate new business while fostering relationships with current clients, prospects, and consultants
- Ensure sales metrics are met or exceeded, with P&L responsibilities for the department
- Develop quota and commission plans for the sales team and cross-sell other business units
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales and/or in the Utilities Industry
- Experience in growing and managing a team of sales professionals
- Comfortable presenting software solutions to executives and end users
- Effective leadership skills, including decision-making and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution
- Experience in the utilities industry
- Proven ability to manage the financial aspects of a team, including OPEX and P&L
- Ability to manage multiple diverse projects and sales events simultaneously
- Skills in driving significant outcomes through efficient use of limited resources
