What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide world‑class customer service and inbound phone sales to prospective customers
  • Answer questions and provide information about pest control services
  • Build rapport and handle objections during sales calls
  • Close pest control sales over the phone and schedule initial service appointments
  • Manage customer relationships while identifying opportunities for cross‑selling and up‑selling
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of telesales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas
  • At least 2 years of cold‑calling and/or telemarketing experience
  • Ability to make 200+ phone calls per day
  • High level of PC knowledge to navigate multiple systems while communicating with customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Highly proficient math skills
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a high‑volume sales environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
