What to Expect
  • Generate, develop, and manage customer and project demand for advanced technology solutions in the First Responder market
  • Promote the brand and products through visits to end-users, distributors, and participation in trade shows and seminars
  • Manage a reseller network of distributors, including training and supporting them to drive sales growth
  • Provide daily updates to the CRM system and manage the sales pipeline with accurate forecasts
  • Keep management informed of market dynamics and competitive conditions affecting the business
What is Required
  • 5+ years of experience in selling high technology capital equipment, preferably in the First Responder Market
  • Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred with strong technical acumen or experience in Public Safety Technologies
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information persuasively
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Windows and CRM software like Dynamics or Salesforce
  • Strong territory management and forecasting skills

  • Experience in writing proposals and delivering public presentations on technology products and services
  • Proven ability to identify and capture long-term business opportunities in the market
