- Close pest control sales via telephone and schedule initial service appointments
- Manage customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service while identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Utilize gamification methods to measure performance and increase engagement
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of telesales experience with a proven track record of hitting sales quotas
- 2+ years of cold-calling and/or telemarketing experience
- Ability to make 200+ phone calls per day
- High level of PC knowledge for navigation through multiple systems while communicating with customers
- Highly proficient math skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working in a high-volume role
