• Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to analyze customer requests and provide appropriate solutions
• Complete daily assignments including reading materials, online courses, role plays, and exams to achieve success standards
• Adhere to the employer's employment policies and procedures, maintaining professionalism in the workplace

• Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience, preferably in Insurance, Retail, or Banking
• Ability to handle 30-40 inbound calls per day in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong capability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must maintain all state licenses and terminate prior carrier relationships as applicable
• High‑speed broadband internet service with specific upload/download speeds required

• Sales experience in Insurance or inbound sales specifically
• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is a plus
